LAW+POLICY WEBINAR SERIES.

In this project, UGoveRN members have organized a series of four webinars with speakers to discuss how policy interacts with the law (and vice versa). The webinar series is driven by the underlying question of the difference between law and policy -- as both law and policy domains seem increasingly intertangled, especially within the context of urban governance. The webinar series hosts four sessions that will discuss topics which include: an introduction to understanding law and policy, investigating changes in planning law in Belgium & the Netherlands, European directives, and contemporary law and policy issues in regeneration projects.
